Since joining JAFCO in 1991, Hiroaki Hanawa has gained 25 years' experience in venture capital investment, supporting IPO of more than 30 companies and leading exits of multiple revitalization deals, including post-divestiture turnaround projects. In 2017, he was transferred to the Structured Investment Division, focusing on incubation/ growth buyout investments.
