Nurturing Talent

Model for Developing New Graduates and Young Employees

Our development model for new graduates and young employees is one of our unique initiatives. Through many years of continuous new graduate recruitment, we have accumulated a wealth of experience.

In addition to structured training programs, each young employee is assigned an instructor who supports them until they are ready to work independently. Private equity investment work does not have a set formula and it covers a wide scope of activities. As such, the quickest path to growth for new employees is to receive rapid feedback on their day-to-day work. Also, employees who achieve independence go on to serve as instructors, passing on their knowledge to the next generation. This process not only deepens their own understanding of the work but also fosters further growth. In the challenging field of developing investment professionals, we aim to enhance reproducibility through initiatives centered on our instructor system and on-the-job training.

Human Resource Business Partner Function

We have established an HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) function at our Investment Division to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.

As the environment surrounding venture investment continues to change rapidly, cultivating exceptional talent takes time. By leveraging the expertise of our HRBP in personnel development and working closely with our partners in the Investment Division, we aim to consistently produce high-quality professionals.
