A "System for Providing General Shareholder Meeting Materials in Electronic Format"* is a system whereby general shareholder meeting materials are uploaded onto a company's website, and shareholders are notified in writing of the website address, etc. In principle, shareholders are required to view general shareholder meeting materials on the website.

For general shareholder meetings to be held in and after March 2023, general shareholder meeting materials will be provided on our website.

*According to the Companies Act, as amended, listed companies are legally obligated to adopt a System for Providing General Shareholder Meeting Materials in Electronic Format. (Enforced as of September 1, 2022)

Shareholders with difficulties using the internet or for other reasons, who wish to have general shareholder meeting materials delivered in writing, can receive the materials provided on the website in paper-based format as before by completing the prescribed procedures by the record date for exercising voting rights at the general meeting of shareholders.

For the procedure for requesting the materials in paper-based format, please contact the securities company with which you have an account or the shareholder registry administrator.
