Azusa Takeda joined JAFCO in November 2025 after working at a securities company and a consulting firm. He is a graduate of Yokohama National University's Department of Economics. In the Structured Investment Division (buyout division), he is mainly engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement. He is a certified Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant.
