After graduating from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University, Yoshihiro Morito gained experience in M&A advisory services at an audit firm, an operating company, and an FAS firm. He then spent 10 years as a Managing Director at an investment firm, working on a wide range of investment transactions including business succession, carve-outs, MBOs, and corporate turnarounds. After that, he worked at a private equity fund on business succession, growth support, and corporate value enhancement for small and medium-sized enterprises. In November 2025, he joined JAFCO. He is mainly engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement at the Structured Investment Division (buyout division). He is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan, and holds an MBA.
