Buyout

After graduating from graduate school, Hiroki Honda worked in the administrative division of an business firm, handling financial closing and related tasks. He later joined a consulting firm, where he gained experience in business strategy development and business due diligence. He joined JAFCO in December 2025. In the Structured Investment Division (buyout division), he is engaged in investment and management support for mainly small and medium-sized enterprises.

I will work as an honest and fair partner, standing together with management and employees to contribute to the continued growth of companies.
