Sueko Matsumoto joined JAFCO in April 1990. After working in investment-related legal affairs and portfolio company information management, she engaged in fund planning. She is involved in the planning and solicitation of all funds launched by JAFCO, the establishment of the reporting system, portfolio evaluation, legal affairs related to funds, and investor relations for investors. She became Corporate Officer in Charge of Fund Management in March 2017.
For over 30 years, I have engaged with entrepreneurs and investors through fund operations, including system design, IR, and legal affairs. I consider our funds to be a foundation that supports the future of startups and companies taking on renewed growth as a second founding. To ensure this foundation is solid, I strive for transparent operations and careful information provision so that investors can invest with confidence, and I will continue to pursue system and product designs that are aligned with the times.
