At Sojitz Corporation, Shohei Fujimori gained experience mainly in M&A and PMI in the field of authorized dealerships for imported cars in Japan and overseas. He was engaged in business planning and management improvement support when seconded to affiliates in Japan and Brazil. He joined JAFCO in January 2024. He is mainly engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement at the Structured Investment Division.
I am working on buyout investments with a dedication to deep on-the-grounds involvement. I am committed to enhancing the value of portfolio companies by leveraging the business knowledge I have gained from working in a general trading company and the flexible perspectives I have gained through university and a study abroad program where diverse cultures coexist. Above all, I value dialogue with management, and I would like to support the growth of companies by working hard together.
