Masashi Takahira worked in wealth management at a trust bank before being involved in corporate financial services at a megabank. Later, he experienced M&A advisory operations in the investment banking division of a securities company. He joined JAFCO in June 2025 where he is mainly engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement at the Structured Investment Division.
By leveraging the experience I have gained, I aim to remain a partner who creates new growth opportunities together with portfolio companies, even in rapidly changing environments, and contributes to maximizing corporate value.
