After graduating from the School of Information and Communication at Meiji University, Maiko Saito worked at a consulting firm and a financial advisory company where she helped companies undergoing restructuring enhance their value, plan and execute new businesses, raise funds, and formulate medium-term management plans. She joined JAFCO in March 2025. She is engaged in investments, management support, and exit services for the enhancement of corporate value in the Structured Investment Division.

Through supporting portfolio companies, I have come to realize that true corporate value enhancement can only be achieved with on-the-ground passion and determination, along with accurate management policies. I would like to utilize this experience to stay close to companies during their transformative periods, which can be regarded as their "second start", and help them grow again.
