After working at an audit firm, a consulting firm, and a Japanese private equity fund, Haruki Goda joined JAFCO in February 2025. He is mainly engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement at the Structured Investment Division.

I believe in being a partner that jointly creates the growth of companies by providing capital. I aim to co-create value in the true sense of the word by facing management issues as a like-minded partner and supporting the creation of strong organizations and businesses that can be self-driven from a long-term perspective.
