After graduating from Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University and working at Goldman Sachs Japan, Atoka Jo joined JAFCO in September 2024. She is in charge of a series of processes from investment consideration to execution, value enhancement, and exits in the Structured Investments Division. She is engaged in a wide range of private equity activities, including due diligence, investment structuring, management planning support, PMI, development of monitoring systems, and support for buyer selection and negotiation.
I believe that investment is only a means, and its essence is to create the future of companies and society together. Currently, as a director of a portfolio company, I am deeply involved not only in strategic planning but also in on-site implementation support. I am also working to expand opportunities for global growth by strengthening collaboration with overseas partners and building a foundation for sustainable corporate growth.
