After graduating from the Faculty of Law, the Department of Political Science at Keio University, Takuya Sasaki worked in retail sales and RM operations for listed companies at a major securities firm. He later worked at an investment company and joined JAFCO in July 2024. He is in charge of everything from sourcing to exits in the Structured Investment Division. Currently, he is engaged in investment and management support mainly for beauty salon chain projects.

I believe that corporate culture creates strengths and strengths create performance. My goal is to enhance corporate value sustainably by discovering and structuring tacit knowledge rooted in the organization and sublimating it into a reproducible management foundation.
