Mitsuru Koyama worked at Nomura Research Institute, engaging in consulting services related to business strategy, new business planning, and execution support for industries such as information and communications, consumer goods, and manufacturing. In 2021, he promoted the expansion of NRI America’s base in Dallas, Texas. He joined JAFCO in November 2023. He is mainly engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement at the Structured Investment Division.

I will engage in fundamental problem-solving that supports corporate growth by strengthening financial foundations and advancing on-the-ground operations, working towards sustainable corporate value enhancement as a trusted partner to business leaders who continue to take on new challenges.
