Business Development
After graduating from the Faculty of Management and Engineering at Tokyo University of Science, he gained experience in creating businesses and organizations while working at a human resource consulting firm, an IT startup and companies such as Digital Garage and DeNA before joining JAFCO in August 2022. He works in the HR Support Team in the Business Development Division, where he acquires human resources and develops organizations in portfolio companies as an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner). In addition, he supports individual growth through executive coaching, mainly for entrepreneurs and managers as a CxO coach. He is in charge of planning, operating and interviewing for YouTube projects “Wall of Startup” and “Inside the Vision.”
Konosuke Matsushita said, “business depends on people.” This quote expresses the management philosophy that the development and success of a business is determined by its people. From an HR perspective, I value this quote in my role of supporting business value enhancement.
