After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, Hirogi Nakayama worked for a major foreign financial institution and a major real estate investment management company, after which he spent about 15 years at an investment company engaged in real estate and corporate investment. As an executive director, he was in charge of a variety of projects, including business succession, delisting, and corporate revitalization. He joined JAFCO in November 2020. He is engaged in growth support for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as investment and management support for corporate value enhancement at the Structured Investment Division. He has been a Managing Director since June 2022. He is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan and a Certified International Investment Analyst.

Together with the management teams, I will promote transformations worthy of being called a "second start" and work to maximize corporate value.
