Business Development
Hiroki Setoyama was engaged in auditing and IPO-related work at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC and was seconded to the Listing Examination Department of JPX before joining JAFCO in November 2020. He is a member of the Back-Office Support Team in the Business Development Division and supports back-office constructions, listing preparations, and the Investment Division for corporate value enhancement of portfolio companies. He is a certified public accountant and a member of IPO-related business support project team consisting of certified public accountants from the Tokyo Chapter of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
My motto is: “Enjoy change, grow, and have fun together.” I find fulfillment in supporting the growth of portfolio companies through building solid back-office foundations (the very backbone of a company) and in growing together with them. Growing together, enjoying every step!
