He joined JAFCO in April 1987. After working in research and screening for 12 years, he joined the Venture Investment Division in 1999, where he spent 10 years identifying portfolio companies, executing investments and providing post-investment support. He was also in charge of investments in university ventures, etc. He has been a member of the research team of the current Venture Investment Division since 2008. He is engaged in due diligence work for potential portfolio companies in a wide range of fields, including the IT field, focusing on deep tech, life science and healthcare services.
My role is to deepen my understanding of the technologies, markets, and management teams of promising companies and support the investment team’s decision-making, while engaging daily with technologically and industrially diverse fields such as deep tech and life science. I would like to keep a sincere perspective and shed light on the seeds of future business.
