Eichi Katano was engaged at an accounting firm in inheritance measures and financial audit support services for companies scheduled to be listed, as well as advisory services for corporations and individuals. He joined JAFCO in March 1991. Since then, he has consistently supported portfolio companies in back-offices establishment and preparing for listing. He works in the Back-Office Support Team in the Business Development Division. He also supports the Investment Division in drafting capital policies and exit strategies. He is a tax accountant.
I believe that “people make a company” — that the growth of individuals leads directly to the enhancement of corporate value. I therefore aim to work behind the scenes to support the growth of each back-office member at portfolio companies. To achieve this, while maintaining speed in my work, I strive to carefully build trust with all involved so that everyone can continue to feel, “This job is exciting!”
