Business Development
After graduating from the College of Business Administration, Ritsumeikan University, he joined JAFCO in April 2006. He experienced a wide range of operations such as start-up investments, fund raising, M&As and portfolio companies support, and has been a member of the Business Development Division since 2014. He is engaged in supporting recruitment and business development in portfolio companies in the Sales & Marketing Support Team and the HR Support Team. He is also involved in team building in portfolio companies, using systems coaching methods for organizational development.
I came across a book in college that strongly attracted me to venture capital work, so I joined JAFCO. Since then, I have been involved in supporting startups and creating collaborations with large companies for a long time. “How can we create reproducible open innovation?” While facing such question, I ask myself questions every day and take on various challenges.
