Business Development
Akiko Gotani graduated from the College of Economics at Rikkyo University and joined JAFCO in April 1989. She has been involved in mainly venture investments and a wide range of work, including portfolio company support and human resources. Since 2018, she has been a member of the HR Support Team in the Business Development Division where she is engaged in supporting the recruitment of human resources and organizations and helping solve organizational problems of portfolio companies. She is a Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
I believe that supporting portfolio companies means “thinking and acting together.” By taking a hands-on approach, I provide practical support for recruitment and organizational issue resolution tailored to each company’s situation, considering its characteristics, stage, and corporate culture.
