She graduated from the College of Economics at Rikkyo University and joined JAFCO in April 1989. She has been involved in mainly venture investments and a wide range of work, including portfolio company support and human resources. Since 2018, she has been a member of the HR Support Team in the Business Development Division* , where she is engaged in supporting the recruitment of human resources and organizations and helping solve organizational problems in *portfolio companies. Certified Analyst (CMA) of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
I think that supporting portfolio companies is “to think hard and move together.” I provide practical support in human resource recruitment and organizational problem-solving tailored to the situation of the company, taking into account the characteristics, stage and corporate culture of each portfolio company.
