Business Development
He joined JAFCO in April 1993. He was engaged in investments in startups for more than 20 years in various regions including Tokyo, the Kanto region, and Hokkaido. He focused on investment in the healthcare and SaaS fields. Since March 2020, he has been a member of the Sales & Marketing Support Team in the Business Development Division and has been engaged in supporting the growth of portfolio companies through alliances and capital partnerships between operating companies and portfolio companies.
I have invested in a number of startups and accompanied several companies through the process from listing to M&A. Currently, at the Business Development Division, I am taking on the challenge of new initiatives to create circulation in the ecosystem, such as M&A, roll-up and secondary startups. My hobby is rugby, and on weekends I refresh myself by chasing a oval ball.
