Satoshi Kiyota joined JAFCO in April 2014. He has been consistently engaged in the venture investment business. He is in charge of investments in companies across various fields, such as BtoB, BtoC, and DeepTech, with a focus on seed- and early-stage companies. He has about a year of experience providing on-site, practical support to portfolio companies and is involved in a wide range of activities from sourcing potential portfolio companies to executing investments and providing post-investment support.

I value encounters. While I cannot invest in every entrepreneur, I want to support, as much as possible, those who are taking on challenges with strong aspirations and contribute to the growth of their businesses. I hope to be a partner who can closely support startups that are creating the everyday realities of the next five or ten years. I enjoy physical activities (recently kickboxing), visiting bathing facilities (saunas, hot springs, public baths), and enjoying meals and drinks.
