After graduating from the Faculty of Education at Chiba University, Ko Minamikurosawa worked at an investment firm and a securities company before joining JAFCO in January 2012. At the Structured Investment Division, he proposed new approaches to investment such as a hybrid between venture investment and leveraged buyout, full-equity buyout of startups, carveouts, and combined equity and real estate deals. He handles everything from investment negotiations to management of portfolio companies and fund recovery strategies. He has been a Partner (SV6) since March 2018, General Manager and Managing Director of the Structured Investment Division since June 2022, and Senior Corporate Officer since April 2024.
I will always work closely with the management team to increase corporate value.
