Atsushi Fujii joined JAFCO in April 2003 and has been consistently engaged in venture investment. He is responsible for investing across a wide range of fields, with a primary focus on the IT sector and also covering manufacturing and service industries. He has been a Partner since March 2018 and has served as the General Manager of the Investment Division since April 2025.
As long as there is a desire for business growth, there will always be a need for startups to have more resources. That's why I aim to contribute to the growth of portfolio companies by accurately grasping the realities on the ground and providing support required from both management and practical aspects in a timely manner. I believe the accumulation of these efforts will ultimately lead to an improvement in fund performance. Going forward, I will continue to engage sincerely with each company and work to create lasting value.
