Rika Allen joined JAFCO in 2023 after working at a listed venture company and Japanese investment fund. Prior to that, she accumulated consulting experience within the domains of infrastructure, consumer goods, and life sciences at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting and Arthur D. Little Japan.
