Career
Keisuke Aoyama joined JAFCO in 2007 and is a member of the Structured Investment Division. He was appointed Managing Director of the Division in June 2022.
In addition to LBO investment, he also handles full equity and co-investment deals in a wide range of sectors from retail and service to manufacturing.
He worked for Mizuho bank before joining JAFCO.
I am committed to building a structure and organization that allow our portfolio companies to achieve steady growth. I will work together with portfolio companies by priortizing the 'Three Actuals,' which are the actual place, the actual situation and the actual goods, over theoretical argument.
