Since its establishment in 1973, JAFCO has invested in more than 3,500 unlisted companies in Japan and overseas. To date, over 850 of these companies have been on stock exchanges.
JAFCO's greatest strength is a vast network of existing/former investees that have listed their shares and over 1,000 companies that supported those listings as fund investors' not to mention the more than 10,000 candidate portfolio companies that we contact each year.
